PACK (Paddling Anglers in Canoes and Kayaks) runs packtx.org for its members.

What we collect: the details you give when you register or update your profile (name, email, address, phone, emergency contact, waiver date), your dues payments, your event sign-ups, and what you post (forum posts, photos, messages).

Why: to run the club. That means membership and dues, events and sign-ups, safety (emergency contacts and waivers), and club news by email.

Who sees it: club officers who need it for their role. Members see only what you choose to show on the Members page. We don't sell or share your information with anyone else, except PayPal when you pay online and our email provider, which delivers club mail.

Sign in with Google: if you link Google, we receive only your Google account's email address, to sign you in.

Your choices: you can change your profile and email preferences at any time on My profile, or ask an officer to remove your account.
