FM 521 South to FM 523.
Left onto FM 523 South past Hwy 2004.
Continue on FM 523 for 5.5 miles to County Road 227 (sign points to the refuge).
Left on CR 227 for 1.7 miles to the refuge entrance on the right.
Right into the park and follow the road about 2 miles until a small sign for Salt Lake on the right (if you miss the sign, don't worry — the road loops back).
Right onto the road to Salt Lake for about 0.2 miles.
