Directions to Christmas Bay
(to Boat Launch at Ernie's Too on South Shoreline)
From the East via Galveston:
- I-45 South to Galveston and take your favorite cut to the beach.
- Turn right (West) on the beach highway and follow to the end of the island.
- Cross the San Luis Pass Toll Bridge ($2?) and continue about four miles.
- Turn right at sign for Ernie's Too (across from condominiums).
From the West via Surfside:
- I-288 South through Lake Jackson.
- Left on Rt 332 towards the Gulf across the bridge over the ICW.
- Turn left on Blue Water Hwy at the light and follow for about 11 miles.
- Turn left at sign for Ernie's Too (across from condominiums).
